We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the SportCrest website with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

This site is intended for sales within mainland England, Wales and Scotland, all prices are shown GB Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable.

Order acceptance & cancellation

We are pleased to accept orders online via our secure server. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the items ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it before despatch.

We may not be able to accept your order or part of your order due to one of the following reasons:

• The item you ordered is out of stock
• Authorisation of your payment failed
• We made a pricing or product description error

You will be contacted by our sales team if there are any problems with your order.

We are unable to accept order cancellations for personalised or made to order items.

Delivery & shipping

We aim to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock. If all of the items in your shopping basket are marked as available, typical delivery is in 2-5 working days after placing your order. This allows for picking, packing and the processing of your order.

If you have selected items with different availability times, then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Packet/Tracked service or Courier service depending on destination, weight, value and dimensions. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, you will be left a card and can collect from your local sorting office or depot and arrange further delivery with the appointed carrier.

Although we try to get all our orders despatched within 2-3 days of placing an order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

• Teamwear orders often have to be specially ordered and can take longer.
• Items on Pre-Order or items that are not in stock at the time of ordering will despatched in the period specified on the website.
• Personalisation with name, initials, numbering and badges take an extra few days to despatch.

In the event of any items delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within 7 working days of receipt by email.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
