Delivery & Returns


Delivery information:

Standard Delivery for UK orders £3.95

  • Delivery in 3- 5 working days after placing your order.

This allows for picking, packing and the processing of your order. However, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.  Orders are either sent using Royal Mail Packet or Tracked service depending on weight, value and dimensions. Larger and heavier  items that require extra packaging may be sent by courier. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be left a card and can collect from your local sorting office or depot. 

Premium Courier Delivery £6.95 

  • Delivery in 1 - 2 working days after placing your order.

Your order will be prioritised and sent using a 24hr next working day courier (some remote postcodes are only serviced by a 2 day delivery service) and we aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receipt but this is not guaranteed. If you are not in when delivery is attempted you will be left a card and can rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Saturday Delivery £15

  • Order by 11am Friday.
  • Fully trackable courier service, email advice with links to track your delivery.
  • Expected 1 hour delivery window - available from 9am on the morning of delivery (via exterior courier login)

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Returns and exchanges:

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Sportcrest and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);

  • Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day
  • Contact us via Email, fax or in writing.
  • Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.
  • All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
  • We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum or collection can be arranged.
  • If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.Full returns address with telephone number and email address.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us or to one of our shops, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Proof of purchase:

If you return a product to our shops for refund but don't have your original till or gift receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we will give you gift vouchers to the value of the current selling price. Ordinarily we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.


Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange.

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

  • personalised or made-to-measure products.

We're unable to accept order cancellations for these products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
